You may submit your orders using the secure order form, or by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number, and preferred method of payment. California residents must add 7.875% sales tax; no tax is assessed to out-of-state customers.

  Credit cards will not be charged until goods are ready to be shipped; however there may be authorization requested before any product is special ordered. We now have a secure transaction service in place, and you may always choose to submit your account information by phone or fax. We will contact you by e-mail if there are any questions or concerns regarding your order. Orders can be sent only to the billing address supplied by the card holder.
